The former head of the CEPA Gallery has been sentenced to two years probation for child porn.
Lawrence Borse was convicted of importation or transportation of obscene matters. Federal agents found images on the 63-year-old Buffalo man’s computer, including one of a male less than 16-years of age engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Brose admitted viewing the images.
His two years of probation includes computer monitoring.
