A former Jamestown cop has pleaded guilty to federal charges for threatening two people in an online forum.
Michael Bush, 45, pleaded guilty to transmitting communication containing a threat to injure the person of another. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, on January 2, 2016 and again on February 26, 2016, Bush posted a threats on the Jamestown, New York Topix forum page against two law enforcement officers.
He will be sentenced in September and faces up to five years in prison.
