Police are investigating a home invasion on a street that is directly across from the University at Buffalo’s South Campus.
Thursday around 10 p.m., officers say a black man brandishing a handgun burst into a home on Callodine Avenue and struck one of the two residents inside with the weapon, causing injuries.
After threatening the other resident, the suspect fled the scene.
