A husband and wife in Wyoming County are facing drug charges after allegedly selling prescription drugs in the Town of Pike earlier this year.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Johnson, 29, and his wife Michelle, 27, on Tuesday and charged both with fourth and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Adderall earlier this year. Michelle is facing additional counts for allegedly selling Adderall on a second occasion.
Both are being held in the Wyoming County Jail on $2,500 bail.
