A woman cursing out Erie County employees in the Rath Building was taken into custody after refusing to stop yelling and leave the building.
Deputies confronted Rhonda Smith, 35, of Buffalo on Friday after they saw her berating county employees and yelling obscenities. Despite being told to stop swearing and lower her voice, deputies say Smith continued. She then refused to leave the building.
Rhonda was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
She was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on $1,000 bail.
