A Kmart employee was arrested and charged with stealing from her own store.
Last Thursday, State Police charged Nicole Gabriel with petit larceny. Troopers say the 27-year-old Niagara Falls woman was caught pocketing a video game controller and cosmetics from the store where she worked and leaving after her shift without paying for the items, which were worth around $70.
Gabriel is due back in court later this month.
