Lackawanna police have arrested Luis Pizarro after they say he got into a fight with one of their own.
Police say Pizarro stole his girlfriend's phone, then took off from her home on on Steelawanna Avenue.
He was chased, according to police, to a gas station on Hamburg Turnpike.
They say he threw a case of water at them.
Pizarro is locked up at the Erie County Holding Center.
