A Lockport man has been arrested and charged for allegedly engaging in a sex act with a 13 year old child.
New York State Police say Norman Thuman, 74, of Akron, had sexual contact with the minor back in 2011. Police say the crime was only recently brought to light, starting an investigation into the allegation.
Thuman has been charged with first degree criminal sex act and first degree sexual abuse and arraigned in the Town of Newstead Court.
