Olean Police have arrested a 28 year old man who allegedly exposed himself to children along a city street.
Nathan S. Archer was taken into custody on Tuesday after, officers say, he flashed his genitals at children on Line Street. Archer was charged with 3 counts of public lewdness and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Olean City court Judge Dan Palumbo arraigned and released Archer under supervision until his next court appearance.
Police are still asking the public to contact them if they were a witness to the crime or have seen a similar incident in the city.
