Jamestown Police arrested a man they say stole a power wheelchair from a tenant at Covenant Manor, a senior apartment complex.
Officers were called to the building on West 3rd Street Saturday around 5 p.m. and began investigating. Detectives found Stephen Carlson stole the power wheelchair from the building.
When they went to Carlson’s home, they found the power wheelchair and placed Carlson under arrest for third degree grand larceny.
The power wheelchair was returned to the victim.
