A grand jury has indicted a man on charges he stole several items from the Genesee County fairgrounds.
James Woyshner is facing four counts of third degree burglary and third degree grand larceny. Prosecutors say he stole aluminum fence pieces, fences, mounting brackets, straps, heavy gauge wire, two semi-tractor batteries, a TV, a blue ray player, a vacuum cleaner and carnival prizes on December 26, 2013.
The items are valued at more than $3,000.
