Officers say a man tried to grab one of their stun guns when they responded to a domestic situation late Saturday night.
Jamestown Police were called around 11:30 p.m. to Allen Street, where a victim reported his boyfriend had hit him and kicked in a door. Officers arrived on scene and located William Kaiser, Jr. in an upstairs apartment.
Authorities say Kaiser became confrontational with officers, at one point yelling, “Arrest me, arrest me, arrest me!” Officers say he approached them in an aggressive manner and attempted to gain control of one of their stun guns.
Kaiser was taken into custody and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree obstruction of governmental administration.
