A 22 year old man has been arrested after allegedly being caught exposing himself at a school bus stop in Buffalo.
Police say Russell Hawkins was arrested on Wednesday and charged with public lewdness.
Hawkins allegedly exposed himself as children were getting off of a school bus at the corner of Laird and Condon Avenues.
