Police say they found 500 pills on a male suspect after they responded to a report of a person exposing himself at a Tim Horton's on Niagara Street Wednesday.
According to police, Kevin McNinch had on him 470 methadone tablets, 178 diazepam tablets, 26 gabapentin capsules and soboxone, as well as a switchblade knife in his back pocket.
Police say the pills were taken from family members.
McNinch is charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon and 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
