The FBI SWAT team arrested a man in his 20s at a house on Lovejoy Street, in Buffalo, around 6:00 a.m. Thursday.
A law enforcement source tells 7 Eyewitness News this was a gang-related arrest and the suspect, who has not been named, is facing drug and gang related charges.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing a helicopter hovering over Gold Street around 6:15 a.m. while the warrant was served.
The man is set to appear in federal court, in downtown Buffalo, Thursday morning, at which point the warrant will be unsealed.
