A Tonawanda man was arrested early Thanksgiving morning and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Troopers with the New York State Police stopped David Moss, 53, at 2 a.m. Thursday on the I-190 northbound in Buffalo, after troopers say they witnessed Moss driving his vehicle on the shoulder of the highway.
Troopers reported that Moss failed field sobriety tests administered at the scene. He was transported to the state police barracks in Buffalo for processing. At that time, he submitted to a breathalyzer test in which is submitted a breath sample of 0.18% BAC, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08% BAC.
Moss was issued an appearance ticket for Buffalo City Court on December 8, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. to answer to the DWI charge.
