A Salamanca man is facing four felony charges following an investigation into drug sales in the city.
Christopher Stewart was arrested last Tuesday and charged with third degree and fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance – all felonies.
The 36-year-old was arraigned in the City of Olean. Authorities say additional arrests and charges are pending.
