A man kicked out of and banned from Genesee Community College was arrested last week after being found in the cafeteria.
Bashard Joiner, 21, of Rochester was suspended from the college on October 9 following a disciplinary hearing and told he was no longer allowed on the property. But security spotted Joiner on several occasions in November entering and exiting college buildings.
On December 10, State Police found Joiner in the cafeteria and placed him under arrest for two counts of third degree criminal trespass.
After being arraigned, he was taken to the Genesee County Jail on $300 bail.
