A 28-year-old man will spend 78 months in prison after being convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
Christopher Marcinkowski was arrested in February 2012 after police raided his Columbus Avenue home in Dunkirk. Prior to the raid, officers saw him throw a sawed-off shotgun from a second story window. Marcinkowski was growing marijuana in the home and also had cocaine and drug packaging materials.
Jessica Mann, who stayed in the home with Marcinkowski, was convicted of maintaining a drug-involved premise and sentenced to time served and three years supervised release.
