State Police say a Genesee County man stole a debit card from a family member who was hospitalized and spent $200.
Dustin Stump, 44, of Stafford is charged with third degree identity theft and fourth degree grand larceny. Troopers say he took and used the card without permission between October 29 and November 1.
Stump is due back in court at a later date.
