A Tonawanda man with a prior drunk driving conviction is facing felony charges after being arrested for DWI on I-190.
State Police stopped Donald O’Connor around 10:30 p.m. Saturday for several vehicle and traffic infractions. Troopers say the 48-year-old was drunk and had a BAC of .25 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit.
O’Connor has a prior drunk driving conviction in the last 10 years, elevating his arrest to aggravated felony DWI. He is also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
O’Connor is due back in court next week.
