A man arrested for allegedly driving drunk is also accused of having drugs worth more than $3,000.
Olean Police stopped Christopher Rowand Wednesday night on West State Street. After determining he was intoxicated, officers arrested him for DWI.
While being taken into custody, police say they found 10 bundles of heroin, two bags of crack cocaine and one bag of powdered cocaine, as well as drug paraphernalia. All of the drugs put together are worth more than $3,000.
Rowand is facing multiple drug and traffic violations.
