"Operation Tinsel Town" nets nine arrests

A two-week long series of drug raids called “Operation Tinsel Town” has led to nine arrests in Wyoming County.

Bradley Kirsch, 30, and his wife Rachelle, 23, were arrested December 8 at North Walnut Street in the Village of Attica where deputies say they were growing 107 marijuana plants in an upstairs bedroom. Both have already pleaded guilty to unlawfully growing cannabis and criminal possession of marijuana.

On December 18, the Wyoming County Probation Department along with the sheriff’s office executed seven warrants and was able to charge the following six people into custody:

  • Brian Boitschenko, 33, of Wilder Road in Warsaw – charged with two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling cocaine. Held in the Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 bail
  • Vincent Eschenlauer, 23, of Windsor Street in Attica – charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Held in the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail. Additional charges pending lab results
  • Alanna Muniak, 25, of Genesee Street in Perry – charged with two counts each of fifth degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Clonazepam. Held in the Wyoming County Jail on $25,000 bail
  • Robert Oody, 50, of Orchard Street in Silver Springs – charged with three counts each of fifth degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Suboxone. Released to a pre-trial program
  • Lisa Uveino, 35, of West Court Street in Warsaw – charged with two counts each of fifth degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Clonazepam. Released after posting $5,000 bail
  • Frank Wisniewski, 49, of Capwell Road in Attica – charged with three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Oxycodone. Held in the Wyoming County Jail on $100,000 bail

Finally, on December 22, Rodney Smart, 37, of Janes Avenue of Silver Lake was arrested and charged with unlawfully growing cannabis. He was issued an appearance ticket.
