Jamestown Police have released the name of the pedestrian killed Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a car in Jamestown.
Investigators say Margaret Thorn, 69, was crossing West Third Street at Lakin Avenue around 2:30 p.m. when she was hit.
Thorn was taken to WCA Hospital, where she later died.
The driver is not expected to face any charges.
