A man is facing charges for allegedly driving drunk with two juveniles who police say he was allowing to smoke marijuana in his car.
Kerry Norton was stopped on East Avenue in Batavia around 2:30am on Saturday. Officers say he had several traffic violations and failed field sobriety tests.
Norton was placed under arrested for DWI and felony DWI under Leandra’s Law.
Officers say they then discovered that Norton had been allowing two juveniles, both under the age of 16, to smoke marijuana in his car while he drove.
Norton was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
After being arraigned, he was taken to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
