A Bergen man is in hot water after allegedly breaking in to a person's home to relieve himself and steal a frozen treat.
Genesee County Sheriff's deputies say William Tuttle, 45, of Bergen entered a person's apartment, early Friday morning, while highly intoxicated. Investigators say Tuttle urinated in the residence before helping himself to an ice cream cone from the freezer.
The resident of the apartment discovered Tuttle sitting on their couch, enjoying the ice cream before he was promptly arrested.
Tuttle was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
