A Hamburg man was arrested over the weekend after deputies say they found two bags of cocaine, a bag of marijuana and a package of heroin inside his vehicle.

Jacob Halbert was pulled over for speeding on Rt. 219 on Saturday in the Town of Concord. The 25-year-old currently has seven active suspensions on his license and while being taken into custody, drugs were found. A K9 unit uncovered even more.

In all, a glass pipe, four straws with suspected narcotic residue, two bags of cocaine, a package of heroin, a bag of marijuana and three digital scales were found under the seats and in the center console.

Halbert is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was being held in the Erie County Holding Center on $5,000 bail.
