Three people were arrested Tuesday night for robbery after Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Niagara County Community College Student Housing complex for a fight and stabbing incident.

Deputies said that they found two people who were cut with a knife, but no one would file charges against the perpetrators.

The fight and stabbing was retribution for a robbery and attack on a different uninvolved person.

Devont Mull, 22, of Buffalo; Norman Fullenwider, 18, of Buffalo; and Rodney Scales, 21, of Buffalo were all charged with robbery and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Duputies said they entered a student's dormitory room, attacked the victim, and stole $200 before leaving.

Their next court date is December 9, 2014 in Town of Cambria Court.
