A teen who admitted having oral sexual conduct with a 12-year-old could face up to 15 years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.
Dmitri Cunningham, 19, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of first degree attempted criminal sexual act. He allegedly abused the child last December.
The DA’s Office says Cunningham used to live on Duerstein in Buffalo and frequented Cazenovia Park. He has a previous conviction of attempted assault from an incident in the park.
As a result of his plea, he will have to register as a sex offender and will be monitored.
Cunningham will be sentenced in May and faces up to 15 years in prison.
