A 17-year-old boy fought with deputies as he was removed from Attica High School, the sheriff’s office says.
Officers were called to the school last Wednesday because the boy was allegedly using obscene language towards school staff and refused to leave after being told to several times. When deputies arrived and attempted to take the teen into custody, he allegedly struggled with officers.
The teen was placed under arrest and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and trespassing.
He is due back in court in January.
