Three people are facing charges after an underage drinking sting in Niagara County.
Between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Saturday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office checked 16 bars to make sure they were in compliance with drinking laws. Thirteen of those bars denied alcohol to underage operatives, but deputies say three failed to do so.
The following people have been charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sales:
- Ryan Harrington, 24, of Lockport – Dugout Bar and Sports Complex in Lockport
- Renee Celotto, 43, of Tonawanda – Village Inn in North Tonawanda
- David Balzer, 36, of Buffalo – Hideaway Grille in North Tonawanda
All three are due back in court at a later date.
