Three men have been arrested on charges they raped a woman inside their Elba home.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office says it happened around 5 a.m. Tuesday on Oak Orchard Road. The suspects, Santiago Hernandez-Ruiz, 19; Darwin Zuniga-Rocha, 29; and Eliseo Mateo-Perez, 20; were arrested the following evening and each was charged with felony first degree rape.
All three are being held in the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 bail each.
During the investigation, Catalino Lopez-Leiba, 48, was arrested at the home on charges he was in possession of a fake Social Security card.
He is also being held in the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 bail on a charge of felony second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
