A man wanted in Florida was arrested Monday night after being found hiding in a closet in an apartment in Dunkirk.
Ramon Novoa-Ayende was taken into custody around 7:30 p.m. in the upper apartment of a home on Park Avenue. Police say the 30-year-old is wanted in Osceola County, Florida for burglary of a dwelling, third degree grand theft, four counts of dealing in stolen property and three counts of receiving money from a pawnbroker by false verification of ownership or identification.
Authorities say Novoa-Ayende is being held as a fugitive of justice.
