A West Seneca man is charged with DWI after State Police pulled over the 53-year-old for multiple traffic violations Thursday evening.
According to authorities, Daniel Archilla had a blood alcohol content of .19 percent, which is more than two times the legal limit.
Archilla is charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and multiple vehicle and traffic violations. Archilla is scheduled to appear in Town of West Seneca Court on February 10th.
