Charges are pending against a 20-year-old Buffalo woman after she allegedly hit a man crossing the street and then fled the scene.
The accident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning as a man was crossing Elmwood near Allen in Buffalo. The driver fled.
Witnesses gave officers a description of the vehicle, who were able to track it to Hewitt Avenue off of Bailey. Police say charges are pending against the 20-year-old woman who was driving the vehicle.
The victim was taken to ECMC, where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
