Erie County Sheriff Timothy Howard says 25-year-old Jennifer Sears of Lancaster was more than 3-times the legal limit when she crashed into a school bus.
The crash happened on Sandridge Road in the Town of Alden on November 27.
Police say there were five kids on the bus. No one was injured
According to police, Sears failed several field sobriety tests.
She is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.
