An airport rental car employee was arrested at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport Thursday evening on marijuana charges.
The NFTA Transit Authority Police Department went to the airport to arrest Stephen Jones, 31, on an outstanding warrant for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend at the airport.
NFTA Police say when they pulled Jones over on the warrant the car smelled like marijuana.
A drug dog was brought in and 17 containers of marijuana were found in the car, according to police.
Police arrested Jones on the warrant and charges of selling and possessing marijuana.
