Officers say they found a man running from the scene when they responded to the call. After a short pursuit, police say they arrested 24-year-old Roberto DeJesus of Buffalo in the 100 block of Herkimer.

A handgun and a large bag of crack cocaine were also recovered, according to BPD.

Additional information led officers to a home in the first block of Arkansas Street where they found a .12 gauge shotgun.

DeJesus is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and obstruction of governmental administration.
