Deputies from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office arrested 21-year-old Brandan Kruszka for robbing the A-Plus Sunoco on Packard Road in the Town of Niagara early Saturday morning.
An employee called 911 and reported that a robbery occurred involving a loaded rifle just before 12:30 a.m., according to investigators. Deputies obtained information matching the description of Kruszka.
He was said to be walking on Porter Road. A New York State Police unit located him and found him to be in possession of a loaded rifle and a bag of cash.
Kruszka faces charges of Robbery and Petit Larceny. He remains in Niagara County Jail until he returns to court on January 8 at 6 p.m. Bail is set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 property.
