A man has been arrested after allegedly forcing himself upon a woman in Olean.
The City of Olean Police Department say 57-year-old Frederick Palmeri, of Little Valley, was taken into custody after an incident involving restraining a woman and forcing himself on her.
Police say Palmeri is charged with sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment.
