City of Tonawanda Police arrested a man accused of hacking a security camera and secretly watching a woman.
Police charged 33-year-old Justin Bleich with Unlawful Surveillance.
Investigators say he gained access to a female acquaintance's security camera and watched her movements on and off for the past four months.
Bleich reportedly obtained the victim's passcode to her cameras and used an app on his phone to watch her through a number of cameras at her residence.
