Buffalo Police have arrested a 30-year-old Buffalo man they say nearly hit police officers and pedestrians while driving a stolen car.
Police say the man was driving recklessly near Larkinville around 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.
Officers followed the vehicle to the Commodore Perry Housing Authority on Perry Street where they arrested the driver.
He is facing multiple charges.
