West Seneca Police have arrested a man for allegedly selling crack cocaine while his 6-month-old baby was in the vehicle with him.
Police say Bruce Jefferson was arrested after detectives witnessed a drug sale transaction on April 26 in the area of Seneca Street and Kirkwood Drive. Officers say Jefferson's baby was in the vehicle at the time. The woman driving the car was released and not charged.
Jefferson was charged with Endangering the welfare of a child, Criminal possession of a controlled substance, and Criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Jefferson was arraigned and held without bail on a probation violation.
