Around 11:30 this morning, Buffalo Police responded to an alert about a possible student with a gun in the International Prep School.
Police arrived, the school went on lockdown, and the building was searched. According to a police spokesperson, BPD and school resource officers searched for a gun, but did not find one.
Officials say there was an argument between two students and one student thought the other may have a gun. Police completed the search around 1:05 p.m. and declared IPrep safe.
There are no charges at this time, but one of the students is being questioned by police.
Police are still investigating the incident.
