A semi truck driver is under arrest after Attica Police say he was driving with a BAC more than five times the legal limit for a commercial driver.
Police say an officer pulled over 49-year-old Robert Cummings on December 3rd after he was "driving erratically" on Market Street in the Village of Attica. According to police, Cummings had a Blood Alcohol Content of .21%. The legal limit for a commercial driver is .04%.
Cummings is charged with DWI, DWI with a Commercial Vehicle, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and a number of other charges. He's set to appear in Village of Attica Court January 8th.
