Two men were arrested after police responded to a complaint at a shooting range last month.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies, Genesee County Sheriff's deputies and Border Patrol agents responded after someone complained about four people drinking alcohol at the range in the Tonawanda Wildlife Management Area August 27th.
Police say the group of four people spoke Russian, and had a total of eight guns in their possession. One of the men told police he owned four long guns, but police say one of the rifles was not registered.
That man was arrested and taken into custody by the New York State Police. He was given a Class E Felony under the SAFE ACT. Another man was taken into custody because he was not a legal citizen.
Police say the group is of Ukrainian descent.
