A local postal employee is in some legal hot water for stealing mail.
37 year old Richard D'arcy of Lancaster entered a guilty plea in U.S. District Court today.
Prosecutors say he failed to deliver more than 50 pieces of mail to addresses on Fisher Road in West Seneca.
That mail was found in a collection box in South Buffalo.
Investigators also found undelivered bundles of mail in his car.
D'arcy faces up to five years in prison when he is sentenced.
