Ten years ago today, Buffalo lost one of its champions.
Tim Russert was the longest-serving moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press." Russert was known to wrap Sunday broadcasts during the NFL season with a "go Bills" shoutout. He died on June 13th, 2008 after collapsing at work.
His desk is on permanent display at the Buffalo History Museum.
