The Canada Border Services agencies says it seized an undeclared disposable rocket launcher and two undeclared grenades, which appeared to be de-activated.
Agents say the items were discovered back on July 3, as two men from Louisiana were trying to cross the Peace Bridge.
According to Niagara Regional Police, the devices were eventually deemed to be safe and unusable, but were not given back to the individuals involved.
The two men paid a $1,500 fine and were allowed to travel into Canada.
