Safety investigation into some Ford cars

U.S. safety regulators are opening two investigations into more than 640,000 Ford cars.

They include Edge SUVs from 2011 to 2013, and Fusions from 2010.  Safety regulators say they've been getting complaints the doors on the Edge SUVs can fly open when you're driving, and the power-assisted steering can fail on the Fusion.
